Charities, schools, parent groups and councils are welcome to use any of this for free. Everything here is ready to copy and paste. Nothing needs a sign-up, and none of it asks families for anything.

1. Put the EHCP deadline calculator on your website

Parents enter the date the council received their request and see the 6, 16 and 20 week dates. It runs in the visitor's browser, stores nothing, and says clearly that it is a guide. Paste this where you want it to appear:

Works on most website builders: look for "custom HTML" or "embed". If the box looks too short on your page, increase the height number.
